What is BenchFocus?

Before a stage light goes up in the air, a good electrician bench focuses it: on the workbench, aimed at a wall, the lamp is lined up until the beam is even, centered and sharp. Then every unit in the rig behaves the same way, and when the designer asks for a light, it does exactly what's expected.

That's what our software does for performing arts groups. Calendars, files, group texts, scripts and paperwork get set up properly, ahead of time, the same way for every show, so every rehearsal room and booth runs with the same clarity, from a school musical to a touring band.

Made in the booth and on the bandstand.

BenchFocus is an Arizona company. Our apps come from real rehearsal rooms and real gigs: every feature started as a problem someone hit at 7:55 with the house about to open.

We keep things simple, private by default, and fair to small companies and working musicians.
